Who can file a grievance?
Any student, parent, faculty or staff member of TCMCE may file a genuine grievance related to their academic or campus experience.
Will my identity remain confidential?
Yes. All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality and shared only with the members of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
How long does resolution take?
Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours, and resolution is communicated within a defined timeline depending on the nature of the concern.
Can I submit a grievance anonymously?
While providing your details helps in faster resolution and follow-up, genuine concerns can also be raised through the Admission Cell for guidance on anonymous reporting.
What if I'm not satisfied with the resolution?
You may request a review by the External Member of the Committee, or escalate the matter as per the university's grievance escalation guidelines.
